 Henrik Albertsen - Chairman, CEO, Nordic Venture Partners A/S

Henrik has extensive experience in the IT industry and internationalization through management positions with software companies - most recently with a venture capital company.
He began his career in 1987. Since then, he's held positions with 2M Invest (Investment Partner), Damgaard Group (Sales Manager/Business Developer/International Project Sales/IT Project Manager), self-employed IT Consultant developing software solutions for measurement devices, and Simcorp (Project Manager/Developer, Software Projects).
Henrik holds an M.Sc. in Engineering, Computer Science from the Technical University of Denmark and an E*MBA from SiMi.

 Preben Damgaard, CEO, Damgaard International A/S

Preben Damgaard co-founded Damgaard Data A/S in 1983. Its objective was to develop user-friendly Integrated Enterprise Solutions. In October of 1999, Damgaard A/S was successfully listed on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange. The offering was oversubscribed by more than 16 times. As a leading provider of end-to-end e-commerce and collaborative business solutions for medium-sized companies, the new organization boasted a global customer base of more than 121,000 installations and a strong international sales channel of more than 2,000 business partners. This included a presence in 25 countries, with over 1,000 employees.
In 2002, with their largest purchase to date, Microsoft Corporation acquired Damgaard/Navision for USD 1.55 billion in cash and shares, thereby founding a new division within Microsoft – Microsoft Business Solutions. Preben Damgaard become Vice President of Europe/Middle East/Africa Operations as well as a member of the European leadership team at the company’s European headquarters in Paris. In 2003 Preben Damgaard left Microsoft to spend more time with his family and pursue other interests.

 

 Lars Gravesen, Founder of Excitor A/S

Lars began his career in 1989 as a consultant with Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting), and primarily focused on IT structure and security. In 1995 Lars founded DanTeam A/S which was later sold to Aston Group in 1999.
In 2001, after being a director in Aston Group, Lars founded Excitor A/S, and launched the development of MobileCare. The solution quickly became the most widely used platform for mobile users in the elderly care sector. Since 2005, DME has been the flagship for Excitor, which is a secure mobile platform with mobile device management for the large enterprise.

 René Svendsen-Tune, CEO, Teleca AB, Sweden

René has extensive international leadership experience from a carreer in the IT and telecommunications industry. During the 80’s and early 90’s René worked in the Danish IT industry, holding various management positions in the companies DDE (Dansk Data Elektronik) and later EAC Data. In 2003 René joined Nokia where he stayed for 13 years. After various management assignments in Nokia’s regional organization René assumed his first global leadership role at Nokia’s head office in Finland in 1998. Before René left Nokia in the Spring 2006 he was globally responsible for the customer organization in Nokia Networks, including marketing, sales and services.
